Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic relevance to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Present compelling technology strategy narratives to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling technology operations across international markets
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google AI) preferred
