Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business implications
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen digital transformation projects
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of pilot programs with measurable ROI
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, articles, talks)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
