Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, Web3, AI ethics) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Develop ROI models for emerging technology investments
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across product development
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation roles
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
