As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI researchers, and sustainable tech pioneers to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll shape product roadmaps, conduct horizon scanning, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives while building partnerships with leading research institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR integration)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor groups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
