Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to market
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
