Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with business objectives
- Partner with product teams to incubate and scale breakthrough innovations
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D centers
- Anticipate ethical, regulatory, and societal implications of new technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ technology innovation budgets
- Deep network within global tech ecosystems (VCs, labs, startups)
