Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, carbon-neutral tech)
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members using scenario modeling
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TC Disrupt)
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching commercialized technologies from research to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
- Experience with agile development methodologies and patent strategy
