Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech fusion) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic insights to investors and stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future technologies
