Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption
- Drive innovation through quarterly technology horizon scanning reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services

- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
