Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging tech adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Drive sustainable innovation practices in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps in global enterprises
