Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for autonomous systems, biotech integration, and immersive computing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market potential exceeding $1B by 2026
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing commercialization
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business transformation goals
- Present innovation blueprints to venture capital partners and government innovation councils
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing federal grants or corporate innovation funding for breakthrough projects
