Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, sustainable tech) to inform strategic decisions
- Develop 5-year technology implementation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments
- Secure R&D funding through grant applications and investor pitches
- Present quarterly strategy reviews to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (VCs, startups, academia)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
