Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability by 2026
- Translate technical capabilities into market disruption opportunities for C-suite
- Oversee pilot programs for quantum-secure communications and autonomous systems
- Build ecosystems with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation acceleration
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable energy tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup scaling
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
