Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, decentralized AI, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with $2M+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech incubators for early-stage tech access
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Oversee patent strategy for emerging tech domains with 50+ filings annually
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching quantum or AI products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum supremacy, neuromorphic computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on future technology applications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- CFRP certification in Futures Research or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three technology commercialization successes
