Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum computing, advanced AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and disruption risks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Monitor global tech trends through continuous research and competitive analysis
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience developing innovation budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
