Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Drive thought leadership through industry reports and keynote presentations
- Build strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Align technology initiatives with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
