- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate technology validation and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future adoption
- Build and lead a specialized Future Technologies incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/blockchain initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
