Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across 5-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscapes
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI governance, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with technology due diligence for M&A activities
