Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to market
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
