Responsibilities

- Translate theoretical research into commercializable IP portfolios
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite and investor boards
- Mentor a team of PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Forecast societal impacts of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching patented technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with 500+ citations
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, NSF) and corporate venture funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
