Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives

- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions including autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present technology forecasts and innovation recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee technology adoption frameworks for scalable deployment
- Maintain competitive intelligence on global tech trends and disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing futuristic tech solutions (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
