Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with technology innovators and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, emerging tech, or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
