Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions aligned with organizational vision
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech, or generative AI
- Proven track record of executing technology roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or relevant advanced degree (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
