Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from INSEAD)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
