Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) for strategic implementation potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate tech risks
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer solutions
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and regulatory landscape changes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business valueAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
