Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor R&D teams in future-focused technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum AI
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
