Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify market opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging tech methodologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property protection initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020s tech disruption experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies ($50M+ impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience scaling innovation teams in hyper-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (IEEE/MIT preferred)
