Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and develop 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent strategy development
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Develop KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
