Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and market disruption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching game-changing technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (patents, publications, keynote presentations)
