Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proven experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and distributed systems
- Certified in AI Ethics Governance (AIGC) and Tech Diplomacy
