Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term strategic goals with emerging tech trends.
- Conduct deep-dive research on nascent technologies (e.g., Generative AI 2.0, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to identify viable business use cases.
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototype development and pilot programs for next-gen enterprise solutions.
- Manage partnerships with key hardware vendors and research institutions to ensure infrastructure readiness.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and risk-taking within the engineering department.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, IT Strategy, Product Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that have resulted in measurable business growth and innovation.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and their future evolution by 2026.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading high-performing remote and hybrid teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technology lifecycles.
