Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with sustainability frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two scalable tech products/services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, biotech integration, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, papers, or keynotes)
