Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Initiative: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and market goals.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Oversee the architecture and scalability of our systems to ensure robust performance in a decentralized future.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Innovation Management: Establish internal labs or incubators to prototype and validate future-state technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or a related technical leadership role, with a strong focus on future trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-level vendor relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
