- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying key innovations to integrate into our core product suite by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives, evaluate prototype technologies, and manage the transition of experimental tech into production-ready solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to ensure our strategy remains agile and ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders, investors, and product teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the HR department to recruit top-tier talent specializing in next-generation technologies.
- Partnership Building: Forge strategic alliances with tech innovators, universities, and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with a focus on strategy, product management, or engineering.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain technologies, with a proven track record of forecasting their impact on business models.
