Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields like AI, Blockchain, and Web3.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, IoT) and their commercial applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
