Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month execution plans
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI precursors)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Innovation Management preferred
