Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration and technological advancement.
- Lead high-level research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical prototypes.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities driven by future tech trends.
- Mentor senior leadership and engineering talent on technical strategy and long-term product vision.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Transformer models, and next-gen AI frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps for enterprise-level systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
