Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with 18-month market horizons
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-use-case development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with proven 2026+ vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, circular economy tech
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining future-tech initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with complex future-state scenarios
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets for future-facing projects
