Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct market analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype 2026 solutions
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for future tech
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Certified Futurist or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and market trend analysis
- Strong financial modeling and ROI projection skills
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
