Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with business objectives
- Lead research in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Build and manage an innovation lab incubating prototype technologies
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused skill development
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing future-forward technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, advanced AI, or biotech
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Startup or scale-up environment experience required
