Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential

- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 entities
- Present futuristic concepts and progress updates to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor technical teams on next-generation implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ tech foresight
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred
