Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning technology trends with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to assess the feasibility and ROI of new tech investments.
- Define the architectural vision for future products, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive consensus and secure funding for 2026 initiatives.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies 3-5 years in advance.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic directives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
