Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology concepts
- Create executive-level strategic frameworks for technology adoption and scaling
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align business objectives with technological capabilities
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology innovation success
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
