Responsibilities

- Develop implementation roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI ethics frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Center
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Foresight
- Expertise in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ambient computing
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global markets with 50+ teams
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis
