Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year market projections
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching successful tech transformation initiatives ($10M+ scale)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
