- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and market expansion
- Manage innovation pipeline from conceptualization through prototype development and market validation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech ecosystem leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) or equivalent strategic planning credential
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of launching innovative products generating $10M+ revenue
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up, or tech R&D division)
