Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system prototyping using AWS Braket and IBM Quantum Experience
- Conduct scenario planning for climate tech disruptions in energy and logistics sectors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external investors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI tracking across 12+ projects
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on emerging tech research initiatives
- Build and mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue products
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three patented innovations in sustainable tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
