Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech ethics journals
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience with UN SDG technology integration frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling global tech initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for international collaboration)
