Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
- Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (blog, whitepapers, etc.)
