Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI frameworks)
- Analyze emerging technologies through competitive intelligence and patent landscape analysis
- Architect scalable systems for AI-human collaboration and decentralized networks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026 use cases (autonomous ecosystems, immersive realities)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI development, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and ethical frameworks
